Training is key to successful job performance. The best type of best training for each task, function or purpose can be elusive. We offer training in a variety of forms, shapes and sizes. Job-specific training can be developed by matching skills with required objectives. Management training for new and advancing managers is also available as is executive cohort facilitation.

Executive cohort facilitation involves the formation of groups of executives with interdisciplinary expertise. Groups convene and meet on a variety of topics driven by the composition and needs of the group. Feeding from each other’s best practices, experiences, triumphs and failures each executive is able to grow and bring relevant lessons back to their environment.

Training for management advancement in the form of coaching and education on a variety of management topics, tools and resources is also available. New managers can be coached or trained in the basics of management in mini-classes over a period of weeks. In each case, follow-up is conducted with the participant post-session in order to verify results and address future needs.

Training can also be customized to fit any need in conjunction with management. Training locations are typically on-site but other facilities can b100e arranged at competitive costs.
