Executive cohort facilitation involves the formation of groups of executives with interdisciplinary expertise. Groups convene and meet on a variety of topics driven by the composition and needs of the group. Feeding from each other’s best practices, experiences, triumphs and failures each executive is able to grow and bring relevant lessons back to their environment.
Training for management advancement in the form of coaching and education on a variety of management topics, tools and resources is also available. New managers can be coached or trained in the basics of management in mini-classes over a period of weeks. In each case, follow-up is conducted with the participant post-session in order to verify results and address future needs.
